To ensure the highest accuracy of your health screening results, please follow these guidelines prior to your appointment:
- Fasting Requirements
Fasting: Please fast from all food and drinks for at least 8 hours prior to your blood test.
Water Intake: Plain, unflavored water is allowed during the fasting period. - Medication Instructions
Morning of Blood Test: Please hold off on taking all routine medications (such as oral diabetes medications, insulin, etc.).
Heart & Blood Pressure: Daily medications for high blood pressure or cardiac conditions should be taken as usual with a small sip of water. - Abdominal Ultrasound
Hydration & Bladder: Please drink plenty of plain water and refrain from urinating prior to the procedure to ensure clear diagnostic images. - Clothing & Accessories
X-ray & ECG Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing without metal buttons or zippers, and remove all metal jewelry/accessories to prevent image artifacts and signal interference. - Gynecological Screening (Pap Smear) Timing: For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to schedule your Pap Smear at least 5 days before or 5 days after your menstrual period.
- Special Diagnostic Tests
- H. Pylori Breath Test: Fast from food and drinks for at least 8 hours. Please discontinue antibiotic use 4 weeks prior and stomach/antacid medications 2 weeks prior to the test.
- Stool Analysis: Collection containers are provided on your screening day. Alternatively, you may collect a container from our clinic in advance and gather the specimen the evening before your appointment.
