Mr. Nguyen Gia Bao Quoc is a healthcare management executive with over 17 years of experience in leading and administering various private general hospitals both in Vietnam and internationally. Throughout his career, he has flexibly applied modern hospital management models while tailoring strategic adjustments to suit local conditions and the specific operational characteristics of each facility.

Under his leadership, Sai Gon Hoi An General Hospital has undergone a strong transformation toward a patient-centered approach. The hospital continuously standardizes clinical workflows, improves healthcare quality, develops high-quality human resources, and fosters a professional, friendly, and dedicated working environment focused on patient safety and treatment efficacy. These efforts have established Sai Gon Hoi An General Hospital as a trusted healthcare provider in the South Central region, earning the confidence of local residents and neighboring provinces through enhanced professional standards, medical services, and overall patient experience.

In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Sai Gon Hoi An General Hospital, he serves as the Regional Director overseeing general hospitals in the Central region under the Medical Sai Gon Group (MSG) system.
